Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Your email address and wishlist rules (keywords, max price, condition, region) you enter at signup.
• Emails you forward to your RetroSnag address. We read them automatically to extract listing titles, prices, shipping, links and images. We keep only the item IDs we've already alerted you about (to avoid duplicates) and a short processing log (sender, subject, counts). We do not keep the full message body.
• Gmail forwarding confirmation codes sent to your RetroSnag address, so we can show them to you.
• Basic technical logs from our hosting provider (e.g. IP address, request time) for security and debugging.

How we use it

Only to run the service: filtering alerts, emailing you matching deals, confirmation and account emails, and preventing abuse. We don't sell or rent your data and don't use it for advertising profiles. Emails that are not eBay alerts and not from your own address are ignored.

Who processes it

Cloudflare (hosting, database, inbound email) and Resend (sending email). They process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.

Retention & deletion

We keep your account while it's active. Unsubscribing stops all emails. To delete your account and all associated data, email hello@retrosnag.com from your signup address and we'll delete it within 30 days.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time at the address above. RetroSnag is not intended for children under 13.

We'll update this page and, for material changes, email active users.
