Is RetroSnag affiliated with eBay?
No. RetroSnag is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by eBay. We use eBay's official public listings API to find items that match your wishlist, and you buy directly on eBay.
How does it work?
Type what you want (for example "earthbound snes") and the most you'd pay including shipping, add up to 3 items, enter your email and click the confirmation link we send. We check eBay every few hours and email you only listings at or under your price. There's nothing to install and no forwarding or eBay account setup.
What does all-in price mean?
Item price plus shipping. You set the most you'd pay in total, and we only alert you when price plus shipping is at or under it.
How do you spot reproductions?
We drop listings whose titles mention repro, reproduction, custom, homebrew, aftermarket, bootleg, replica or fan-made. It catches the honest-but-buried ones; always check photos and seller feedback before buying.
How often will I get emails?
Only when there's something new that matches. We check every few hours, bundle new matches into one email, and never send you the same listing twice.
How much does it cost?
The beta is free for up to 3 wishlist items. A paid plan with unlimited items is planned; you'll never be charged without opting in.
How do I stop emails or change my wishlist?
Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link, which also stops all checks for your wishlist. To change your wishlist during the beta, reply to any RetroSnag email or write to hello@retrosnag.com.
